NEOGLORY JEWELRY comes with a complimentary 24-month warranty, starting from the date of shipment. Accessories such as jewelry pouches, mirrors, and scarves are not covered by this warranty.

Repair time typically takes 15-20 business days (excluding shipping time). For severe damage or special designs, the actual time required may vary.
